Effect of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) coating on TiO 2 -based MALDI matrix for dimethyl methylphosphonate (DMMP) analysis
Abstract(#br)TiO 2 nanoparticles were used as MALDI matrix for detecting dimethyl methylphosphate (DMMP) and its efficiency, in terms of DMMP signal intensity in the MALDI-MS analysis, was compared with that of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-coated TiO 2 matrix. Intensity of the DMMP signal in the MALDI-MS analysis was significantly increased by using PDMS-coated TiO 2 matrix instead of bare ones.
