A liquid/liquid optical waveguides micro fluidic device, which comprised a liquid stream with a high index of refraction and a stream with low index, was developed in order to analyze phenomena at the interface of two liquid streams high sensitivity. The concentration distributions of molecule were measured using micro laser induced fluorescence (LIF) technique.
